This year, Northern Bedford County Elementary School had a special treat as their school board president, Mr. Larry Garlock, loaned his replica flag of the 1814 US flag, which was of course like the one flown over Ft. McHenry, with 15 stripes and 15 stars.  Kelly Sparks, custodian, with students Skylar Messner and Kevin Weyant raised the replica flag, which is an official U.S. flag.
