Clarke High School  Winchester Elementary School Holley Central School participated in its second annual Star-Spangled Banner celebration. The High School Band, directed by Jeffrey Galante and the High School Chorus, directed by Kelly Evans helped to lead the elementary students and music specialists Sally Martin and Amy Harris in celebrating the penning of the Star-Spangled Banner on September 14, 2006. Over 600 students and staff displayed their colored flags at the event after 5th and 6th graders retold the story. Back to States map
