Utah Edith Bowen Laboratory School, Logan Edith Bowen Laboratory School 
Dr. Craig Jessop, head of the USU Music Department, conducts the singing of the National Anthem. (Dr. Jessop is former director of the Air Force Singing Sergeants, the Strategic Air Command Band, and The Mormon Tabernacle Choir.) 
At 9:00 AM on September 12, 2008, the entire Edith Bowen Laboratory School student body, faculty, and staff gathered at the flagpole to celebrate National Anthem Day. 
Our commemoration began with the raising of our new flag by EBLS Student Council President Savannah Knight, assisted by cub scouts Derek Tsing and Nathan Boudrero, PTA President Terryl Warner, and Governing Board Chair and Associate Dean Martha Dever. 
Vilma Valle, school custodian and Edith Bowen’s newest American citizen, then led us in The Pledge of Allegiance. Back to States map |
