For some reason my 8 year old feels very strongly about teaching people the National Anthem and is very bothered that it is not sung in school, so usually twice a year he takes the words to school for show and tell and sings for his class. I just think it is amazing that this song speaks so loudly to him. We have never discussed how important it is to show his patriotism. He learned the song from baseball. If he can join this project and get people singing in Las Vegas I think that would be great.
