All my five schools have been working on the National Anthe. I have made a half page certificate that may be given to astudent if the stuydent knows the words to the first verse.
It has helped all the students to sing if they raise their eyebrows when the notes are above c' and also below middle c. In this way they use their headvoices and can reach ther notes with practice. I developed a lyrics sheet with eyebrows on it which also helped!
I am sorry that the National Anthem roadshow is going to be in Long Beach and not in Los Angeles as stated.My schools are in the San Fernando Valley which is a part of Los Angeles but that is 1 1/2 hours away from Long Beach!
